Nature and purpose of the above Board Meetings:
Regularly scheduled quarterly Board Meetings
to conduct Board business.

The Chair may call special Board Meetings as needed or reschedule the above if needed. Any change
to the above dates will be advertised in advance of the Board Meeting on this web site and on the
Secretary of State's web site located at www.sos.alabama.gov in accordance with the
Alabama Open Meetings Act.
