Experience and Responsibilities: Administrative office support and regulatory experience totaling twenty-five years of state government service. Mrs. Hester’s last eight years with the State of Alabama included serving as Executive Secretary for six years with the Social Work Examiners Board and two years as the Executive Secretary for the Veterinary Medical Examiners Board. She joined Leadership Alliance in May of 2015 and now serves the public as the Licensing Agent for the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy..

Education: Attended Auburn University at Montgomery for two years.

Personal Interests: Reading, enjoying family time with husband and daughter, and photography.
